Ability Apps & Addons
Technical support is included with your Ability App or Addon subscription.

Allow 1-2 business days for your QuickBooks software order to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your product license information and additional info about installing.

The average ship time is 5 to 7 days business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Items are shipped from our Kentucky distribution centers and Intuit directly.

At this time, hardware and supply orders are only shipped inside the domestic U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

Intuit Software Returns
All QuickBooks Financial and QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 60 days from the date of your order.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning your QuickBooks Software.
Once the return has been processed, your licensing keys will be deactivated by Intuit and you’ll no longer be able to use the software.
Ability Apps Returns
All Ability Business Software, Addons, and Apps carry a 60 day return period. Most Ability Apps have a 30 day trial. Take a test drive and download here.
POS Hardware Returns
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any hardware.
2. All INTUIT® Intuit POS hardware carries a 60-day return period with no restocking fee.
3. ALL OTHER POS HARDWARE carries a 30-day return period with a 20% restocking fee. You cannot return any product after 30 days.
