your organization

An organization is your retail store and QuickBooks Online connection.  Plus, if you have multiple organizations, you can quickly view and search a list.  

create an organization

1. Select the Create Organization button.
2. Enter your Ability Register Organization name. This will be the name that you use to identify your organization.
3. Enter your billing address.
4. Select the Create Organization button. 
5. You will be taken to the Setup your Ability Register Organization page. 

view organization

Once your organization has been created:

1. Select to view your organization
2. Check when the the Last Completed Full Sync occurred
3. See if you have enabled Ability Support Access
