Brandon Kovatch brings five years of expertise to our team as a Technical Support Specialist. With a passion for technology , Brandon plays a pivotal role in providing technical support for Ability apps, Intuit QuickBooks software, and Windows-based workstations.

As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Brandon is well-equipped to assist clients with navigating the intricacies of financial management software. His background in Computer Information Systems from the University of Akron provides him with a solid foundation for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Brandon’s favorite part of the job is collaborating with our team to develop new solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. He finds immense satisfaction in finding solutions to new technical issues, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Brandon is a talented musician who enjoys composing and recording music. With skills in playing guitar, bass, and drums, he brings a creative flair to both his professional and personal endeavors. When he’s not making music, Brandon can be found indulging in his favorite TV show, The Expanse, or exploring independently run venues and restaurants.

Brandon’s dedication extends beyond the workplace, as evidenced by his service in the United States Air Force, where he earned accolades such as the National Defense Service Medal and Overseas Short and Long Tour Service Ribbons. Additionally, he volunteers as a chef for a local non-profit cafe, further demonstrating his commitment to serving his community.
